The poise gained doesn't do***** either in DS3...by far not enough to justify using Havel's Set, when Havel's Ring is a mere shade of its former self as well. You don't rock Havel's with FUGS or something stupid like that, it's a waste of levels.

Nice gimmick, but without the option to reinforce armor, there's literally no point to use Havel anymore. At +10 with sharp infusion (S dex scaling) you're doing 500+ damage with a whopping 8 lb sword. But, don't worry when he gets up. With Havel's ring +3, Ring of Favor +3 and Prisoner's chain, you need 77 VIT for exactly 70% load (78 VIT if you want to wear a 4th ring, I recomment Chloranthy +3, you're gonna need it) That's just to carry everything, to wield the weapon/shield you need 40 STR.You need 46 vitality to equip the full set / weapon / shield and the +3 rings to stay under 100%.Contributions to Fextralife Wikis are licensed under a Just watch him die.Why is Havel now at Archdragon Peak?
